Wizard Fitness Case Study

Overview

How HO Digital restructured Google & Meta campaigns to triple return on ad spend while cutting cost per lead by 58% — in just 90 days.

The Challenge

Wizard Fitness was spending heavily on paid ads but struggling with a high cost per lead and poor lead quality. Despite running multiple campaigns across Google and Meta, conversions were stagnant and the CPL was unsustainable for growth.

Key pain points when they came to HO Digital:

  • Cost per lead was ₹850+ — nearly 3x their target

  • Lead quality was poor; gym counsellors spending too much time qualifying

  • Ad campaigns were broad-targeted with no audience segmentation

  • No landing page A/B testing in place

  • Attribution was broken — couldn't identify which channel drove conversions

Our Strategy

We rebuilt the entire performance marketing system from the ground up, focusing on three pillars: better audience targeting, improved landing page conversion, and proper measurement.

  • Rebuilt campaign architecture with tight audience segmentation

  • Redesigned landing pages with clear value propositions and faster load times

  • Implemented a data-driven bidding strategy using historical conversion data

  • Set up GA4 + server-side Meta CAPI integration for accurate attribution

  • Launched a retargeting funnel to re-engage warm audiences

  • Introduced creative testing framework: 3 creatives per ad set, rotated weekly

The Results

  • ROAS improved from 1.2x to 3.8x

  • Cost per lead dropped 58% — from ₹850 to under ₹360

  • Lead-to-customer conversion rate increased by 42%

  • Monthly revenue from paid channels grew 2.3x

Client Testimonial

"Our cost per lead was high, and we were unable to convert more leads despite running many campaigns. HO Digital made changes to our landing page and restructured our campaigns, which resulted in lower cost per lead and improved lead quality."
